Bad Decisionz, a faith-driven short film from Frequency 5D Films, explores redemption, temptation, purpose, and the moment when someone is forced to choose between the life they know and the life God is calling them to live.
The film follows Moses, a rising rap star caught between his God-given gifts and a lifestyle that is pulling him further away from his purpose. While preparing for what should be a routine drug deal, Moses experiences a supernatural encounter with God that forces him to confront his choices and reconsider what he is doing with his life.
Presented with an opportunity to change direction, Moses must decide whether to continue down the familiar road or answer a greater calling to use his music, voice, and influence to serve God's Kingdom.
One Man, Two Roles
Bad Decisionz is written, directed, and produced by Omar Cook, who also stars in the film in the dual roles of Moses and God. By portraying both characters, Cook brings the film's central conflict to life through two opposing forces: the man wrestling with his decisions and the divine presence calling him toward something greater.
The dual performance reinforces one of the film's central ideas—that some of life's greatest battles take place within us as we decide whether to remain attached to who we have been or become who we are called to be.
Your Past Doesn't Have to Determine Your Future
At its heart, Bad Decisionz is a story about the power of choice. Moses cannot erase the decisions that brought him to this moment, but he can determine what happens next.
